Fall Therapeutic Yoga Series - 4 classes starting September 6th - 27th - 10am - 11:15am
In this series we will explore vata dosha, which is made up of the air and ether elements. Vata is that which animates and moves in nature, like the wind. All movement is governed by vata -from circulation to the movements of the mind.
We will go deep into softening and nourishing the psoas and area around the tailbone. There are connections between housing fear in the body, a tight psoas, and accumulated vata dosha.
This series is based on Supreme Release Yoga (SRY). SRY was developed by Yoga Therapist and educator, Kaya Mindlin. The practice is restorative in nature but very deep and aims at decompressing the whole spine and pelvis, revealing a deeper experience of calm presence with your self - body, mind and spirit.
What to bring? Nothing! just wear comfortable clothes all props are provided, no yoga mats needed.
