Private Sessions

Spinal Release Yoga is a restorative yet deep approach to asana developed by Kaya Mindlin. The body is held in supported angles that specifically target a deep release through the tailbone, sacrum and whole spine. As a result you will feel nourished, rejuvenated, and open. The practice is slow and inward oriented revealing an inner realm of calm, clarity and wisdom. I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions in order to start a stable practice. Each session is followed up with videos and/or audios for your home practice.
